1. Order Via Phone

Please contact us at 603 – 7987 8888 (Hotline) for more information on the products you want. Details like name, contact no, product code, then follows with the receipent details and messages should be given to our customer service officer to process the order. Payment method also will be confirmed here (normally for phone/ email we prefer bank-in) , after the payment has made (please fax the reference / bank-in slip to us) only then the order is confirmed and preparation will be made. Any special request can be made before the confirmation of the order. Any last minutes changes or request won’t be entertains after the confirmation of the order. 2. Order Via Email/ Fax Order

In the email, detail of the sender and receipent plus messages. Product code and other details also needed to mention. Payment method is online banking or bank-in to our bank account (RHB or Maybank). After payment made, a bank-in slip or online banking references must email to us  asap for progess the order. For fax order, customer just need to fill up by download the file here
